Is cosmetic repair insurance really an alternative to PPF, I'm not sure? The cosmetic cover for £399 is a fraction of the cost of PPF but will it do the job! I'm also planning to get the ceramic paint protection but will this offer any added protection against damage caused by stone chips, bird droppings and tree sap, or is PPF still the only way forward?Looks like cosmetic repair insurance is the most popular so far.
It‘s a relative bargain compared to PPF, just wonder how good the smart repairs would be.
