World Imports/Lotus of Jacksonville?

I am considering ordering an Emira V6 6M, and I am looking for those with experience purchasing from World Imports/Lotus of Jacksonville prior to placing an order. For those of you who have used this dealership, how would you rate your experience? Did the entire order fee apply toward down payment? Were you able to purchase for MSRP without haggling? Were there any other markups or fees that I should expect?
