World Imports/Lotus of Jacksonville?

I am considering ordering an Emira V6 6M, and I am looking for those with experience purchasing from World Imports/Lotus of Jacksonville prior to placing an order. For those of you who have used this dealership, how would you rate your experience? Did the entire order fee apply toward down payment? Were you able to purchase for MSRP without haggling? Were there any other markups or fees that I should expect?

I have a neighbor, who owns a small dealership for collector cars, who has worked with them before. He says they are a good dealership. I was going to work with them, even paid them a few visits, and had very good conversations with the staff. They answered all my questions early on without hesitation. However, I found a more local dealer in Palm Beach - who has been extremely honest, and kept me from having to drive 4hrs to my dealer.
