Since white vs RGB is about 50:50 voted, I’d probably just go with a RGBW light source - everyone is happy, Keeps processes easier only having to deal with one option

I just competed the form and came here to say exactly that. I would only be interested in RGB if it’s RGBW so I can get pure white.

The plastic seat backs are removable. I would route wires through there and down to the harness at the base of the seat. Then tap a 12v source there.

Exactly. I’ll try to find the easiest route and hopefully a solid connector that can be extended without tapping cables directly
