Every time a suspected amg m139 Emira sounds okay -- turns out to be a V6.

And every time you hear such slow, imprecise, and inferior manual shifts, you long for the superior shift speed and precision of a dual clutch transmission (I couldn’t resist….)

(Actually I am well versed in manual shifting, and have years of experience with manual gearboxes both on street and on tracks. I can easily go either way and enjoy both)

After my false start yesterday (i4 2.0 AMG on Chinese Track post), today there have been a few local videos released to the autohome.com.cn Emira forum.

I am more confident these are the i4 AMG, getting more excited as I wait for my i4

Gotta say, I'm not a big fan of the Hethal yellow and red leather interior .....

Not sure about the delivery lotus promised i4 delivery Q3 2023 that's the best scenario but I'm sure it will be Q4 2023 or maybe Q1 2024

Unfortunately I have to agree. Listening to an Alfa 4C shows what’s possible with an in-line 4 engine

All signs point to this video being a real i4, the ADAS sensor pod can clearly be seen. I think it sounds better than it did at Goodwood FOS

That sounds like manual gear changes to me? No a DCT. It also sounds like a V6. If it is the I4 then awesome! But why the slow gear changes?
