Dark Verdant Lotus Emira Photo Thread

I've tinted both drivers and passengers windows to match the rear 1/4 light, no one can see me and also looks cool
Not sure that’s an option here in California! Of course we have plenty of folks that do it but I try not to give the constabulary probable cause, especially if I’ve had a pint or two in the course of the day. 😎

I didn’t spec it like this - I agree, almost no point having the BP on DV.

Lotus made a mistake and applied the black pack. I realised when I saw it on the invoice!. But I agreed with LCC not to pay for the BP and they had the dealer change the lettering back to silver. Tips are on order and they will swap them out too.

Looks good.

I’ve been considering this too but worried about how much darker it will make it when sat inside.

Has it had much of an effect?

I’ve got black interior too.

You don't even notice the tint from inside, day or night.
I've got the tan interior.

That looks so cool. Wish we could do it in Spain.

Some contact of mine, hope you like!

Sorry about that mix up.

I think I am in the minority in liking the BP on DV It is part of my spec. That whole color is about mystery to me. People, me included, trying to guess the color is part of it. Anyway, just 2 cents here. Enjoy the car it really looks great.

now that I have it, I quite like the BP on DV, as you say, it adds a layer of mystery. In the sun the distinction is obvious, in the shade its subtle. Sometimes the black provides a reference point and helps the green to be more apparent.

I like that too. I think bp looks great with shadow grey for the same reasons.
