Here's a video for anyone looking to change their own brake pads. I'll post a review later (after my track day) about how the EBC pads performed on track.

 
Thanks for the video. The design of the retention pin is way more annoying than the Brembo's was on my Cayman. I tried my own homegrown solution to hammer it in there before finally resorting to your video and your pliers+drill bit worked like a charm. I even had to buy a smaller ball peen hammer to have enough room in the rear. Dumb!
