Further Delays

Well, I've just had my build "confirmed" for June (V6MT) via email I didn't prompt (which at least saved me a job). Last update in November was variously March, then June then May in the space of 6 days so it's only really slipped a month. Does make it less likely to be in time for some fun stuff in July (up to and including birthday....)
Before the inevitable comments, in some ways this is not a bad thing, if it means they've sorted out the build quality issues by then. Still no idea what the actual spec is though as I can't find the original confirmation and had attempted to make a couple of changes to it (albeit I'd be happy either way, so not that much of an issue if the changes didn't "save"). Oh well, roll on July etc

Now that`s weird. I haven`t had an update for a while on my car, i say something here and i got an update today.... I`m sure a coincidence. Interesting to see if anyone has the same happen to them.

EDIT, i can see from the post above that it seems a round robin post has been sent..

But, my I4 has moved, from October to November `23 build. Not too bad..

On a sample size of two, I'd say they're acknowledging a universal 1 month delay. God knows what's going to happen when you're mixing not only transmissions but also engine types.

I also got an update today. My I4 build is still stated as November '23, the same as last time. To be honest, I'm not sweating it as I'd prefer to be well out of early issues territory.

Still August at the moment 😮‍💨

I got the email today too - i was Jan 23 build, now Feb 23, so a 1 month delay.

i have never chased them about dates and so far have recieved the following emails:
April 22 - telling me July 22 completion
August 22 - with October 22 build
November 22 - with January 23 build
January 23 - with February 23 build

So the emails and dates are getting closer together but i still dont believe a word of it !

My build dates were Sept, Nov, Feb and now march! Oh well, hopefully they have ironed out the issues by then.

I am still a march build for an automatic, with the same production date as last month’s email 🤗 received email just now

I heard that Lotus Customer service are sending out more emails today, with a change of delivery date. Some brought forward, some gone back. Anyone got one?

My order placed early July 2021 for May/June22 delivery. Last comms from Lotus Oz indicated V6 Autos to be built Q2 23. I am not sure if it is a stock standard trans as fitted in my Exige 350 or the ratios have changed. Have any UK customers been given dates for the Auto trans yet?
The upside is that some of the production bugs will be ironed out by then.
Yes I’m a June 23 build July delivery but have told them to push it back to Q1 24
