So my Lotus new car experience keeps getting worse!!
I was wondering what the next step was as the finance had been approved and I had not heard back from Lotus so I chased them, it now turns out that my order has not yet been confirmed and the checkout program appears to not be working for me to do so
Spoke with Lotus Customer Care twice today and still no further forward.
This is the worst new car purchasing experience I have ever put myself through, at this rate I think this will be my first and last direct Lotus purchase.
Was told they would call back within the hour, that was 2 hours ago.
