Instant weight loss and no strict diet with Tillett Seats!

I guess I will have to go somewhere to a dealer to put my butt on it to see how it feels. Seems like I have to make a trip to Luxemburg or Belgium.
Thanks

Komotec have the seats in their Emira.
Frank at FVH in Belgium has a good range to try in stock.
There are other dealers with stock around Europe too so if you email customerservice@tillett.co.uk they can let you know the closest dealer to you. I am a bit out of the loop being retired but the office will know.
Also, if you come to the south east of the UK you are welcome to visit the factory where we have a showroom.

Komotec got them? Cool, they are just around the corner from where I live. I'll have a look there.
Thanks again.

For a retired guy, you seem to be pretty active :)
Hope you at least get a consulting fee and charge commission on sales :)

Are these seats homologated for switzerland? I guess not?
They have not been submitted yet for the German TUV test. There must be a way around it, so please speak to Komotec as I think they may have a solution.

Well on the komotec site they state the seats have no approval. Maybe they will work something out for the future

Installation log: Stuck. Just when I thought I was 99% done, I realized that I couldn't engage the cross bar to adjust the seat position. Apparently the cross bar seems to be too big and interferes with part of the bracket.

Love those seat inserts!
Is that a special design in the headrest?
If I wanted my racing number there would they do so?
What did you ask for and what color red or is it the standard red that is offered?

We can embroider whatever you like in the headrests but we must include our brand somewhere on the seat.
Usually that means our logo just below in a subtle colour, or on the panel at the top as in our Emira styled set.
As for the colour, we can get a number colours in leathers. However, The Lotus colours are not a reliable source, so it's a bit difficult to guarantee exact matches for that specific red but thread colours are plentiful.

I guess it’s possible to spacer up the runners to lift it. The seat sits on a steel spacer at the front anyway. You could put an inch spacer under all four points.
We can do thicker pad set. We would use firm 1 cm foam. More than a cm will start to loose the specially crafted shape. You will get the edge creating lumps then.
I want that honeycomb design with red stitching. Is that an alcantara like material?
Will I be able to ask for a 2 or a 3 cm thickness because I will be driving as long as 5 hours to the track? What do you recommend?
And is it possible to put the lotus crest/ badge in the headrest? Embroidered or stiched in red?
When do you expect to make the folding ones
And will they be adjustable because I like them angled back a few inches more when I drive long hours?
You said Tillet has to be on the seat so can it be placed on the back of the seat as I have seen in a video?

We use Autograde Dinamica, It's like Alcantara faux suede but it is the material brand that Mercedes and Audi use.
I promise you more foam in these seats is not more comfortable. You will not need it. I have driven hours in the seat and as long as you have the pad sets, they are more comfortable than the OEM seats, they are not a compromise. The only thing you could ask for is another five mm in the base cushion using the special foam we use in our karting rib protectors. For someone where height is not an issue this would not harm the shape and it would give you a bit more suppression. I could put this in my own seat but didn't bother though. It's the shape that unweights any pressure points.
The seats will give you a far better more supportive driving experience.

With your headrest design. We would send you a form where you can order the exact headrest design you require.

They can be tipped to recline more but not on the fly. I promise you that you will not need to do it. In these you will not be wallowing around on top of a load of unsupportive foam.
