Yup, I happened to be driving by and saw it out in front (Shadow Grey, V6, Manual). I stopped in and spoke with Daniel their sales manager. I asked when their FE1.0 cars will start arriving. He stated that they should be "Loading them on Boats as we speak"......
He also said he might have a few FE1.0 ordered that might be unspoken for..... I assumed he was inferring that some FE1.0 orders might not be purchased by the original customer once they arrive, and then be up for sale.
An Emira that is available to drive? I'm going to be headed in that direction this weekend towards Boone from Raleigh. I'd be so tempted to try to swing by there on the way home.
I spoke with Daniel early today. He told me that while he has not been told they are being shipped, the timing coincides with what Lotus has told them which is that FE 1.0’s should arrive in December.

Spoke with Lotus of Charlotte yesterday. My FE is on the boat and on the way.
I should have asked if we can get ppf done while waiting... maybe if someone else calls to check in their FE you could ask?
- He's got 10 of the 13 1.0s en route.
- Should arrive at dealer mid to late December
- Dealers are still talking to lotus about where the vehicles will be stored. Not really enough room for them to comfortably fit in the Charlotte showroom (full of lambos anyway). They are working to figure it out.
- They have the VINs and will share with you if one is yours
- From the time they receive to the time you can actually purchase it, we can come see the car. Sit in it, etc.

Daniel is great to deal with. I originally had a deposit with Lotus Charlotte from June 2022 but I was around 50th in line. I ended up switching my deposit to Lotus Cape Fear (Wilmington) at the end of 2022 as I was able to jump the line as they had a much shorter list. I should be receiving a FE 2.0 with a scheduled December build and March delivery, if everything goes according to plan.
I live about 15 minutes from Lotus Charlotte so I'll be doing all my maintenance work with Daniel and his team.

I got all the same info and my VIN from him as well! I did ask about PPF and they have a few places they work with and you can set up something with whichever shop has availability.

I just received word that my FE 2.0 is 'on the boat' heading our way. I was also provided a VIN. I'm in Charlotte (Matthews) however I purchased the car at Lotus of Cape Fear (Wilmington). I'm a Nimbus Grey, black pack, with diamond cut wheels and tan interior. Hope to see you guys around when cars finally hit the street.

This is confirmed!! I'll post a picture of my car once it arrives at the dealership hopefully over the next few weeks!
Do you know where you are in allocation line? I had a deposit with Lotus of Charlotte in July 2022 and was #51. I then switched my deposit to Lotus Cape Fear in December 2022 and was around #4 or 5 in line after the FE 1.0's.
Yes I can confirm this. I am FE 2.0. On the third boat and I have a VIN. Does anyone drive by the Charlotte dealership regularly? I'm down in weddington/Waxhaw and don't make it over on Independence often.
Curiosity will have me driving over there just to see if any of our cars have shown up but knowing one of you drives by regularly will save me some trips.

I'm also in Weddington and just texted with the sales manager at Lotus of Charlotte. His cars haven't shown up yet but I expect it will be any day now.
I am in the 20's. Submitted my build this August and was recently told my build would be Dec/Jan, with expected delivery in March.
