I think that would be awesome… a bit like some of the internal design sketches being shared by Russell Carr in Harry’s video.

Given they’re about to start manufacturing Emiras in a couple of weeks, they’re really past the point of no return here. I’d say such sharing would be done after the production release.

We'll see press reviews in a matter of weeks. I'm sure those will have loads of video, pictures and opinions on the seats and everything else

Spot on Andrew, straight out of a 996 series 911, same as those in my Carrera 4S. These are not great seats in my view (I've had my 4S for 11 years and driven it 120k miles!) but they will work just fine for a seating buck.

They fill the space if you watch past that, there is some pictures and mock ups on show.... niether look totaly like what we saw on the day ....hehe ?

In a color we can’t get… 50/50 on the seats not being correct for FE.

I'm beginning to feel grateful I never got to see the show car. There seems to have been so much that wasn't actually as good as we are now told and expecting to get!
The first time I see one is likely to be owned by some one on this forum, on the 24th July. That way everything I see is exactly how it will be.
A friend withdrew his deposit after feeling deflated from the show car. Can't help but think if he'd held on for all this news/update he would still be on the list!

Erm.... other than the seats.... I dont remember any thing else wrong..... seeing real cars and chassis.... it made me want one even more....... all top quality parts .... springs, damper, brakes.... new tech used to put the chassis together

If they go get a bunch of chips to put it together.... then be worried

The only worry I have is when will i get my car......

anybody got infos regarding knuckles? I read online the Evora hat steel knuckles, is it the same on the Emira?

I'm sure they're steel. The Emira GT4 is all forged aluminum.

might be a different term in the UK, I think uprights is also used.

Yep.... what I thought..... I looked at them.... both A arms/wish bones are Ali.... but you know i can not remember about the knuckles

Colour only for the very first review. There will be a fleet of press cars in different colours and specs. They don’t all take turns with 1 car - despite the impression given by the show car tour

And they’ll all have production seats and production everything else.

Has any thing been mentioned about the headliner in the car? I like a lighter coloured headliner as the interior feels lighter and less claustrophobic to me.

As it doesn't appear in the options list I think you'll get whatever goes with your interior spec - I have a sneaking suspicion the headliners will all be the same. It you tilt the view upward while in the interior in the config you will see it.

Looks like same dark grey headliner regardless of interior choice. The Emira has a decent glass-house and avoiding any of the all-black interiors will help.

Pretty positive the headliner is black alcantara
