Non starting problem

Hi all

After pressing the start button the dash come alive as usual but fails to spin the motor, a further push just turns everything off.
The only remedy I have found is going through the locking of the car sequence ie open, closing the door locking etc etc, but sometimes this takes 3-4 attempts before the engine starts.
This all seems to have started with a standard ECU update the dealer has apparently spoken to Lotus and they are supposedly writing a fix. Anyone else had this issue ? and has it been resolved?
