Actually I think I spoke too soon...!
Does the fuel gauge go from right (empty) to left (full) and all others left (low) to right (high)?

Surely the elusive software update 6.0 should address this l, if not that would really wind me up. Why would there be a 9 there when it should be an 8

They could have used a logarithmic scale instead of some randomly compressed semi-linear one.

Everyone remain calm. A guy who worked at Lotus for 37 years just retired and he shared with very close people his secrets from Lotus.
It’s very simple everyone.

I'm guessing it's because the optimum power band is the visually in the centre, but who knows.

Sports has a conventional linear display with low/upslope and high/downslope sections:

But it's software, it should be bespoke surely. That is going to wind me up no end alluding to being a 911 GT3 and then running out of puff three quarters of the way in at 6800
