Ditto struggle for last week. Neither dealer , scorpion lotus have a clue on how to get started. Did you manage to fix the issue

I am pleased to announce that I have picked up my new to me Emira. A March 23 in Hethel Yellow. My question is that is has a Scorpion Tracker and the previous owner said that he paid for 3 years subscription. My question, is this transferrable? Does anyone have Scorpion's contact details in UK please? The previous owner messaged me last night to say that he'd been contacted a couple of times to say that his car had been stolen lol!

Congrats on your new Emira! Please share a pic. Here is the contact info that I have for Scorpion...in case you don't hear back timely via the form you filled out. They were very helpful getting my Emira set up.
But this email might be a better option as my issue was slightly different. My Emira's Scorpion Tracker installation was not completed properly by the dealer.

Similar issue here. Bought mine 2nd hand, slight difference to your scenario was the original owner was Lotus and they never activated the subscription. Took a couple of emails to and fro with Scorpion, but was all sorted and next time I started the engine the System registered.
One thing of note. Do not use Scorpions own App, use the "Lotus Vehicle Tracker" App. In my case the app constantly crashed, until the system was registered, but since has worked flawlessly. App also allows for the phone to be used as a TAG.

It's kinda cool...I haven't really been in the Lotus App since setting up my Scorpion tracker, but I just checked the Journeys section and it shows me at the BMW Drift Pad Saturday. I didn't take the Emira on it - that's all BMWs - but I guess it was the landmark closest to the parking lot outside the BMW Performance Center. And I looked back and it details all the great routes we took during a group drive with about 15 cars (mostly Lotus) in Asheville, NC the weekend before Hurricane Helene devastated that area.
I've been getting a little fed up with Scorpion calling me since the app doesn't work half the time, so I called this morning. They said the app version should be 2.3, but the Google Play store version is only up to 1.8. They're going to try and get that updated, do maybe it'll help. In the meantime they recommend using the tracker for, which is silly because you then need two "keys" on you, but not attached to each other.
Update: They just emailed to say they were wrong about the version and 1.8 is current.
Also that you must open the app each time before starting the car. That hasn't prevented the anti theft calls from coming through when I've done it.

I usually leave the Scorpion fob somewhere in the car permanently. If the car gets stolen, I'll be able to know where it is, and how fast they were going in the Journeys button. Of course, if the thief finds the fob, then they can just toss it, and then I'm toast. I've never gotten the "your car's been stolen" call, email or text since.

Anyone know how to tell if the battery in the keyring tags has died, or is dying
I bought the car 2nd hand and whilst the batteries are supposed to last a year(Car is 6months old) I suspect the batteries have died already as I keep getting alerts when I take the car out.
Was hoping there is some way of checking, there are what look like 3 lights on the TAG, so wondered if they had something to do with battery life
Anyone know?

When I was talking to Scorpion's support they said the fobs have some LEDs that blink/show red when the battery is low.
You can use the phone app to use your phone instead of the physical tag, could be worth trying that instead to see if it stops the alerts.

Except that it's not that great in practice - I've gone back to the fob as there were too many false "stolen" alerts.
1) You need to have the app running in the foreground before starting the car and
2) the latest version of the iOS app (at least - Android may be better) says that there's a conflict with CarPlay and only one or the other (CarPlay or Phone Tag) should be used....
Yeah, same for me and my Android phone. I keep getting a message that says the app is unstable and asks if I want to close it. If I don't, then I keep getting the car stolen message.
At this rate, I'm highly likely to cancel the subscription once my year is up.
