I honestly don't know. It's just another dive watch as far as I'm concerned.

Now that's the serious big boy league

I had a blue ROO (not the chronograph) and sold it because I wasn't able to relax with it on the wrist. Was worried it would scratch very easily (which usually is fine with my other watches) but I felt as if it was out of my league financially and as if I couldn't really afford it.

Sold it for what i paid for it, a month later market prices started going through the roof.

But I still have a weak spot for an AP, simply a work of art. Congratulations!

The build quality is next level on them, servicing prices sting a bit as a man living beyond his means

Shinola is a high end lifestyle brand out of Detroit. They have retail outlets in a number of major cities, and make really nice stuff.

That appears to be a Lake Superior Monster Automatic. Has a Selitta movement.

I was doing some research on watch winders for automatic watches and was surprised to find that Rolex and the majority of Omega watches require some specific winding features that not every winder has. The two main features to look for if you have one of these watches are bidirectional winding and ideally, 650 TPD (turns per day). Most automatic watches require between 600 to 800 turns per day. Check your specific make and model to make sure the correct amount of turns per day is selected for your watch.

Pics please!! Amazing watch and one of the few ultimate dive watches. Wll definitely sit nicely next to your ROO

Also a (in these days) relatively safe money parking opportunity compared to many other things in life, especially if the deal was already decent (MSRP?)
