Throwing codes

It took a while, but we got there. A Lotus engineer from the factory eventually located a faulty connector somewhere on the loom. This was enough to fool the ECU into calculating an O2 sensor issue, which then threw up the engine light. I’m happy that Lotus found the issue, so they can knowledge share with dealers who may be trying to diagnose a similar problem with a customer’s car.

I the lambda sensor faults on both banks at the moment having already has a sensor change in the Summer. It is now into the third week being at the dealer for fault finding and still no joy. So far I have been told Lotus have had data sent to them from a long period of driving to try and ascertain what is happening and on Friday I was told they advised the dealer to check the plugs.

Well, the car has been fine for three thousand miles. Today back to back to back P0174 Bank 2 Too Lean, and reduced acceleration.

Any known fix?

Just started getting P1014 codes, a CEL and limp mode.
Tried clearing the code but it comes straight back on next restart.
I have the Milltek Valve Controller and I think it is the V1 version. So I suspect this is the problem.
The Valve Controller does still seem to be working and controlling the valves.
Looks like I'll be booking into RMS and getting the car on a ramp. I guess reverting to the stock controller, to see if that fixes the problem is the first thing to try.

Well that's typical... the code disappeared when I started the car up today to take it to RMS.
Still I dropped it off as RMS and asked them to get it on their ramp and check it over, looking for any melted wires or water ingress.

Does anyone know what this code means?

Don't know if it's a DTC, but stands for electric water pump;
ewp100 a nomeclature for this part. Probably doesn't help you.
Did this come up as an actual dtc when scanning?
