Washing the car I saw deformations of the bumper, pointed out to the dealers... We found a surprise. the supports cracked and the screws too tight. Let's wait to see what LOTUS says

I am assuming that is the front bumper, and I am further assuming the person assembling it assumed themselves that you would never see that being that the hood is permanently bolted on.
But that’s 3 separate assumptions.

yes is the front bumper. I noticed these deformations while washing the car. When I brought her home I didn't notice
I still don't understand how Lotus have twisted themselves into saying that to people. It's a hinged access panel and there are key vehicle systems behind it that are relevant to routine maintenance. The idea that the owner would be forbidden to open it is absurd.
If it opens easily, the "new" type of Lotus users will put baggage in there and then complain about the car overheating, etc.
For my champagne would be useful though
Did Lotus replace the bumper, i have just noticed it on mine bumper.

No lotus did not replace the bumper. Their body shop loosened the bolts and shimmed them to align but the problem remains.
