What are you driving until the Emira arrives?

The family wagon is a Golf R estate, the weekend car an M4 Comp. I'll need to shift it to make way for the Emira, if anyone is interested :)

I'm on the hunt for a vehicle to purchase now and eventually sell/trade in on the Emira. What's everyone else driving until your Emira arrives?
Fortunate to have a 3 car garage.

392 is the “daily”. My GF has a Volvo XC40. Making room for an ‘18 Evora arriving Saturday. Then the Evora transforms into the Emira in 2022!

Makes me sad to post this. I sold My 2019 GT53 in May. It was an opportunity to sell it while taking very little depreciation. Currently driving the family van. :ROFLMAO:

Add me to the list of regret for selling my last fun car. 2016 911 GTS. I've regretted it every day since.... Sold it specifically so I could get the Emira. Was driving our F-150 until recently, when I picked up a Mini Cooper to drive around in. I absolutely love that car!!

Over/under on the “man I miss all the room in my garage” post?

Kidding! I bet you’ll love the Emira taking up ~80 sq ft :)

Lol.. Well, I'm not sure what you fully mean. Luckily we have a garage and a shop so I'll always have a spot for at least one fun car 😁

That mini is tiny. So there’s more room in the garage right now. :)

Really enjoyed my first British car but it will be time to say goodbye when the Emira arrives in 12-18 months.

LOVE that 911!

Thank you. So did I. So much so I've even searched for another to replace it since I let it go. It was just spec'd so well and if I find another, I'd pay $30k+ more than I bough it for 2 years ago. Crazy times!

You guys have too much money! I'm driving a ute... mainly because I'm and engineer, and I do a fair bit of construction. I'm hoping the Emira will ride a little bit better ;)

Is that the GR? Jealous as we don't get them stateside. As fun as the journalists say?
Toyota just announced that the Corolla Hatchback will be getting the GR treatment next year with the GR Yaris motor. Should be a hoot.

I see you are driving a pickup truck down under. 🙃
The scope for linguistic confusion between “pickup” and “ute” in Australia and US 😀

Like the time a male US colleague explained he had some smart pants and suspenders he was planning to wear to work. And Aussies with their thongs… 🙄
