What did you do to your Emira today?

I didn’t get pain in my lower back but my butt became numb after a while with the dock seats. The new seats are super supportive even if they don’t look it. They hug you like a glove and you can change the recline angle to your liking
Did you mean STOCK seats? Just wanted to make sure.. I don't get numb but man does my lower back take a beating..

I would love to know more about the recline angle..

Also do you mind me asking how tall you are and your rough weight.. I would love to know how much better the view out the side windows and rear view mirror are with the new seats as well.

Yeah sorry I meant the stock seats. The Tillett seats have adjustability in the height and tilt with a hex wrench. You can change it on the fly if you have a few minutes to spare. I’m 5-10, 190lb and fit nicely in the regular b10 version. Note that you feel a lot more of the road and what the car is doing so if you have back problems, not sure if that would make it worse for you

I appreciate it.. Thank you for the update.. I am pretty much the same height and weight 5-10.5 and 195#... But good to know about feeling more of the road, not sure how that would feel for me..

Thanks for the input..

Oil change on my 4 cylinder car. Diffuser removal, does not correspond to V6 workshop manual. The quantity and size of bolts used, as well as the removal sequence does not appear to be correct. Still, job done.

@T6061 @RyanGphoto I bought the lights from Taobao (Chinese eBay) for around 30 USD link to the product. I'm not sure if there's any convenient ways to get them in the US. The installation is relatively easy. Just need to remove the door panel, pry the OEM light off and snap the new light in. The fitment isn't very good, they made the snap hook too small. I used paper to fill in the gap and ensure a snug fit. Others have used electrical tapes.

Wow. The ability to read Mandarin or Cantonese, would be really helpful, to order from Taobao. I was able to log-in using Google Translate...however couldn't figure out how to input my country (Canada) in order to complete my address, even after getting a translation of its spelling in Mandarin/Cantonese to recognize it...I simply couldn't find the 4 characters in the Taobao drop-down country menu, for "Canada" (sigh). Maybe Greg at GRP could buy this accessory and sell it from the States (I know I know; wishful thinking on my part)...

Canada in Chinese is 加拿大;)
But you will also need to check with the seller if they can ship internationally and the shipping cost.

Some pics of installing the 3rd Cat Delete and Valve Controller on a friend's car.. We wrapped the VC with gold foil to combat the exhaust heat.. Took WAY longer than expected because the 3rd Cat delete pipe wasn't the proper size.. I had to use an expander to expand the GRP pipe to make the pipe bigger to make a snug fit. That took A LOT longer, trying to expand it and then it gets smaller when you take it out of the pipe so that was a back and forth.. added 2 hours or more to the install (we had to goto Autozone to "rent" the expander) so that was 45 mins round trip and then man expanding it took a LOT of effort. You will Def need a 'cheater' bar.

Seems like the circumference for some was perfect and then we had a BIG difference in size..

Overall worth the upgrades for him.. I will post my thoughts in a separate thread.

Agreed.. He loves it. I have some decals and things that make it my car.. Which I love and sets it apart.. I am about too paint the shifter "R" and the line yellow to match the inside of the car as well. I might be doing the grp short shifter and Def doing a dashcam next weekend.

I just gotta say.. Thank you @Dragoon for the videos.. They helped us SOO much.. We def wouldn't have known to use the pipe extender and this was a HUGE help..

I might be attempting the short shifter and Def doing a dashcam next weekend.
