Did you feel for any leaks on first startup? On my car, just before the C-clamp connecting the muffler to the pipe there's a tiny hole. Greg at GRP said this is probably to allow the pipe to flex, but I did notice air coming out of it. Not sure it's that big of a deal.

The muffler itself also has holes -- I think this contributes to a slightly airy sound. Maybe they're all for drainage to ensure no rust.

i did not noticed any, knowing Lotus lol they are probably all different. I ran the engine before putting everything together. Can you push the pipe a bit further in?

Seatbelt colour change today.

I was going to get them untwisted but I forgot to ask the guy to reverse the direction of the sliding clip thing and the slot the belt goes through is too thin to turn them over yourself - you need to slide them on the end of the belt facing the direction you want…

Drove in pouring rain two days ago, first wash yesterday (STEK dynoshield everywhere). Just a whole lotta fun to explore every angle on the car. Make sure to really get up under the doors, that gets properly filthy.

Used a pressure washer with 40deg tip, made a point not to shoot excessively ar/under the hood. Drove the car twice today and A/C still working 100%. Hopefully many happy washes to follow.

Where did you purchase? Is it bulk belt that you have to re-feed yourself or does it come as a direct replacement?

Brad at Hide & Seam (who re-trimmed the wheel) had the belts swapped over as well.

He sends them in to a specialist who’s already done a few sets of Emira belts.

They have all the correct accreditation.

Cant wait for the steering wheel and belts to look like yours. Just have to ship it over to uk from dubai and still want to enjoy to car before 50degreesC will hit up and will put the car inside for a few weeks :)

And yes I vouch for Hide&Seam, ordered my alcantara gaiter change from him and looks fantastic with great supper and after sales from Brat 👍🏼

Got a cut to size trunk mat. Also had found a 'tote' size from Lowes that fits pretty well to put stuff in that could possibly spill. It still allows for bags to go in the corners and can easily remove. Doesnt really slide around either.
Used the existing trunk floor carpet piece as a template for cutting the mat. Pic is of first fit before trimmed up a bit.
