What did you do to your Emira today?

My 2 cents only, if you are worried about the sound level in the car, maybe don't buy this car?
Eh, no car is perfect for everyone. I don't blame anyone for taking a car that is as close as they can manage to whatever the ideal looks/feels/sounds like in their head and making to as close as possible to their ideal.

No one would say "oh the Emira doesn't have enough power for you? maybe don't buy this car" if someone was asking about exhaust, intake, tuning, etc.

Nor would we bemoan someone who doesn't like some aspects of factory aesthetic. Choosing new wheels, a wing, front lip, lowered, etc. They are all things that can be changed, as is, to some extent the level of noise inside the cabin of the Emira.

Will everyone care? No, will everyone care to the same extent? No. But if someone does, and they go on a project to skin everything they can in sound deadening, adding 30-40lbs to the car. That's their choice, if they are happier with a more luxury feel to the driving experience? Their choice. It might seem like there are better cars, but maybe not with all other factors considered.

I won't be adding any more sound deadening to my car, but I'm happy to share my experiences in the effort. My goal was to try to make it a more enjoyable place to be for people who aren't driving. As much as I love driving the car, I would not want every experience to be solo.

GREAT for you! My comment, "My 2 cents only". I have done it all to cars through my life, again, My 2 cents only. Not saying anything but MY opinion.

I've already bought this car. I'm trying to make it better for me and my passengers and also I am in the phone a bit too and I love driving this car, so I'd like to make it a little quieter.

Do you not believe people change cars to make them their own? To add or delete things they want to change?

Did the floating console mod! Really makes the cabin feel special and more raw, especially with the carbon bucket seats. It’s mod like this that set the Emira far from the competition

Absolutely do what you want with your car, I have done mods to mine. Like I said My 2 Cents Only. The beauty of cars is we are each entitled to our own opinions.

Replaced the leather centre armrest to alcantara to match the rest of the interior. Long wanted change and thanks to @hideandseam for the upholstery. Its all in the details.
