Had a weird thing happen when I got home.
Parked in the garage, tried to put the drivers window up before shutting it down and exiting.
However, each time I hit the button, the window went all the way up, then immediately went down half way.
It did it about 15 times.
I eventually tickled the switch enough to get it closed.
However, because I didn't want it to go down again, I may have stopped a quarter inch from it being fully closed. But I'm not sure. This is a long-winded way of asking, has anyone else experienced this problem?

I once had something similar… Just held the button up and kept it pressed for a while even after it went up. Then held I’d down and kept it down for a while and it sorted itself out.

Oh man I hope it’s not the problems that the Evora faced with the window regulator. That regulator went out in earlier evoras and was costly to find that regulator. When I had my Evora I had the same thing. Window would have a mind of its own until it finally gave out. Worst case scenario is it gives out as it’s raining!

I had exactly this issue. Reported it to my local dealer, they said no other option but to bring it in for a look. Did that, they did something and it worked OK
However when I returned from the dealer someone else posted on my thread about this issue, that there is a reset option detailed in the owners manual. I'll see if I can find my thread and add a link here for you. Otherwise take a look at the owners manual, its in there somewhere

Edit: Here you go, found it easier than I thought I would

Happens to me frequently. I can't recall if it occurs with an extended "auto-up" button press or when I manually depress and hold the button. Regardless, one of the options always works. This is the only Lotus "quirk" I have experienced since delivery last fall. I consider that a win.

Epic fail here. I tried this procedure to fix a noise I get from the driver's window each time the door is opened and it drops slightly. I wasn't able to get the expected click. When it says "hold the switch for 2 seconds" I assume it means first in the up position (when window fully up) and second in the down position (when window fully down)?
