If you have the i4 I highly recommend these paddles, they really are a game changer. The biggest problem with the small engine is its high revving sounds and hopeless learning gearbox. I now just drive in manual all the time and this for me has transformed the car. These are the extended versiion, I must admit i was so happy to open the box and find that as i had upgraded my order to the extended you still get the smaller version so in the future you can swap out for a while. When fitting, firstly open windows, then disconnect battery, I removed the + side as easier to access, then wait for 20 minutes min to let the car go fully asleep. Then remove the airbag, very easy, can leave the airbag harness if you want. I then removed the steering wheel nut BUT NOT THE WHEEL just yet. I then marked with some tippex and took a picture of the splodge of tippex to match up exactly when putting the wheel back on, this worked really well. Then take out the 2 x wheel switch sets, these are fairly tight, then swap out paddles (note. there is a new screw to use in the paddle for the inner side). This is worth every penny in my honest opinion. Delivery of them from Hong Kong was about 6 days.

Any issues with customs?
How much were the taxes, import fees, admin fees?

No issues at all. I just paid the amount in the shop and they turned up about 6 days later. I'm fairly sure the item said including all shipping fees. I'm in the UK.

I purchased a set long before I received my car. I have not mounted them, as I do like to metallic feel of the originals. Also if there is one small criticism, it is a shame that the carbon layout is not mirrored, but all in the same orientation. I will most probably remake these at some point.
just my 2 pennies worth.

There are now 2 version, COmfort which look to be mirror of the existing and extended which have longer extensions up and down.
