I've read some posts about the spacers, it seems that proper spacers are 10mm front and 12mm rear.
Adding the OEM wheel spec, and with larger rim width, I got this "optimum wheel spec"

FRONT: 9J X ET53 (proper for 245/255 tires)

REAR: 11J X ET54 (proper for 295/305 tires)

Any thoughts or advice?

If you are looking to put more rubber under the Emira sure this is an option and they should both clear.

Two issues however:
Does the Emira need more tire or are you stretching the stock tire sizes further?
Are there wheels in a desirable design with the offsets and 1/2" wider widths you're targeting?

Kitkat makes a good point about stretching tyres to fit the rims. I think stretched tyres on wider rims looks worse than the standard set up with spacers.
Th other issue is if you can get the tyres you want in the wider size. I would have gone 305 rears but although I found Nekang AR1 tyres in that size I couldn’t find a track test comparing to any of the Cup 2 tyres.
I had 255/35/19 on my RS3 which tracked noticeably more than the 245/30/20 tyres I replaced them with.
I do like the comparison diagram you posted. 👍🏻
