Caliper Bolt Cross Threaded - Should this be Warrantied?

I went to take of my Rotor to get it resurfaced. The bottom bolt seem to be cross threaded.

I can back it out about 25% with a 12 inch ratchet. Then a turn or so with a breaker bar. Then it's stuck. I'm afraid it will break off if I push it more. I can tighten it back. I put in some penetrating oil overnight. It get stuck in the same spot.

Should this be dealer warranty issue? By buddy thinks they will just say I somehow caused this.

I do plan to track, so I need to be able to easily remove the calipers and rotors.

The pic show the top bolt out. The bottom bolt is the problem.

Does it go into a blind hole, or does some of the bolt protrude when it’s fully inserted?

I'll take some pics when I do the other side. But by fee, the bolt head is sitting inside a cut out of the caliper. There is something in there to keep it from slipping. Maybe a tight piece of rubber.
 
Had the same problem on my Evora. Heat the calliper mount up, around where the bolt is threaded inside (carefully) and it’ll come out fairly easily.

Was the thread trashed? Did it go back in easier? Did you replace the bolt?

The thread was fine. I added some copperslip to it, before I put it back in and it went in easily. I took it out again about 8 months later and it came out fine without heating. Basically, they seem to gall up and get tighter and tighter. Heat works wonders.
