I’ve had my Emira for about 3 months now and I love it.

I haven’t owned a manual in 12 years so I no longer have my old driving shoes.
I’m not an expert in heel-toe but I’m trying to get better. I’m not planning on tracking the car.

I’ve been mostly wearing some leather sneakers but I don’t love them because the sole is studded.

What is your preferred shoe with the Emira?

Any opinions about the following types of shoes:
- indoor soccer shoes
- boxing or wrestling shoes
- “barefoot” shoes (Xero, Vivo)
- Piloti driving shoes
- Puma speedcats or other Pumas

Second vote for Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 shoes. They are no longer sold in the US but plenty of importers ship them to the US - lots on eBay shipped directly from Japan. I like these because they are fashion shoes that happen to be great for driving.

In my Emira Auto I can and do wear anything including rigger boots!!
Elan and Exige are impossible to drive without narrow shoes without a welt. Had sparcos in the past now got Puma Drift Cats.
They are brown and leathery so look like normal shoes. As far away from anything sporting or ball sports orientated nonsense.

Whilst looking at those on their site, saw these:

Going to give them ago as soon as they get a price drop. Black Friday, UK January Sales

I have Piloti Lemans in UK size 7.5, I actually find them too narrow to H&T easily and a slightly wider shoe helps me get more side of the foot, rather than a full heel, for the blip.
