Thanks for the heads up! At last a number plate I will be able to remember.

I hope that the following things don't happen:
The car gets delayed until March 2023
I change to the 2.0L with April 2023 delivery
I get fed up of waiting and get something else

The excitement levels are building now.
A registration that will be completely lost on anyone that doesn't know about first edition models.
A registration that will be completely lost on anyone that doesn't know it is a Lotus.
A dodgy image from the configurator that doesn't necessarily show the true colour of the car.
A couple of e.mails from Lotus CC confirming deposit.
A handbook that is not necessarily representative of the car (and has now been withdrawn).
A build date that is more like a target shoot at the funfair.
There is certainly a lot to be excited for.

Once the dust settles and plates are being spiritedly not mounted… I’d love to send a US plate over to the UK on a trade just to have one of those cool euro plates in my garage.

I have “EMIRA” and “18 EVORA” here in Texas and we can actually style the plates in dozens of background options I can also share.

Legit real plates. We get to change them and keep them as nostalgia.

That is pretty interesting... it's a great Ethos line, and catchy. Certainly better than "the other sports car"... That was not the brightest.

Looks like Geely is rolling up the sleeves at Hethel. I mean it was only a matter of time that they would let things slide before they felt an intervention needed to happen. But for the life of me I can not understand why you remove such a great tag line. Any thoughts as too why??
