FWIW. I just got this from my dealer. If you want a V6 Base, You need to do it now as order deadline for dealers is Feb 15

"I was just told by LOTUS that they are limiting production of the V6. We are assuming engines are dwindling. Because of this, THIS IS THE LAST MONTH TO ORDER A 2025 V6 EMIRA. I have until Feb 15 to place my orders.

This will come as a surprise to most of you, who were prepping to place an order later this year. Welcome to Lotus.

More iterations of the Emira might be in the future, including hybrid, for now we will only have the Base i4 AMG production to look forward to next year."

End of the V6, meaning end of the manual option, makes sense based on Toyota no longer manufacturing this engine for model year 2025. Does anyone know how many base model V6 Emiras have made it out of the factory to date?

None as Base V6 will not start until April after all the i4 FE are build. My other source told me that they may have as few as 1000 V6 engines for Base production worldwide

I ordered an i4 but my dealership gave me the pricing sheet for the base 2025 v6 where it starts at 99,900, vivid red, black nappa leather interior are the only non cost option

Whoa, so glad I didn't wait for the base!

The end is probably near for the V6 Emira but, as you noted with your FWIW, this is information from a dealer. If there's one thing we've consistently seen over the past 3 years, it's that information coming from Lotus dealers often turns out to be completely wrong. This forum usually has more accurate information than the dealers!

Yea but my dealer is good. This is the same dealer that informed me in private (and not be be shared) that US i4 will be 400hp 2 months before the official announcement.

There are quite a few V6 on the second hand market, so if they do stop producing it, guess these will suddenly become more interesting. Good for those worrying about the depreciation.
