EZ oil drain valve? Has anyone used this or a similar product?

The title says it all.

I am about to do my first oil change, and I wondered if an EZ oil drain valve (1) will fit (2) works as advertised without leakage.

ive used those before... i just worry that the threads sticks out a bit above the oil pan and that i may not get 'full drain'.... it's just easier to just take the drain plug out.... the oil empties quicker and more fully imo.... it does not save much time nor makes it any particularly easier ....
