I was browsing the Emiras for sale in the UK on Autotrader and realised I’ve covered more miles in mine than most for sale now. Mine is a 2023 (73) and, despite not being a daily, I’ve just ticked over to 10k miles since picking it up, having road tripped it a few times around the UK and Ireland.

It got me thinking…. Who has the highest mileage Emira now? I’m keeping mine long term and enjoying the driving so I don’t really care that it’s clocking up some miles - it’s too much fun to leave in a garage.

When I take off collection mileage, 275 miles, and trips back and forth to the dealers for warranty work, 200 miles, I've done approx 550 miles in 10 months (end of April '24)

6 months at the dealers at various times and 2 months undrivable waiting for parts to come into stock.

Glad you've got to enjoy yours so much (rages inside) 😪

Hopefully you get some hassle free time with it now! Mine is going for new doors (paint bubbling) in a few weeks, other than that it’s only been back for a few smaller problems….. so far…..

Mine went to the dealer on the back of a truck, so I didn’t add ‘dealer trips’ to my mileage. Apart from driving it back from the garage I purchased it from, I’ve added about 30 miles in 4 months. Actually it was 30 miles in one morning and it’s been at the dealers for three and a half months……

2 1/4 years and 10k miles. A few minor gremlins but the cars hardly been off the road and has never been un-drivable.

It's inspiring to see Emira owners like Simon and PJS accumulating significant mileage, demonstrating the car's reliability and driving pleasure. Simon has surpassed 10,000 miles since acquiring his 2023 Emira, enjoying multiple road trips across the UK and Ireland. Similarly, PJS is approaching 14,500 miles in nearly a year of ownership. These experiences highlight the Emira's capability as both a daily driver and a grand tourer. It's encouraging to see owners fully enjoying their vehicles, reinforcing the Emira's appeal as a sports car built for driving enthusiasts.

10 month anniversary today (May 17, 2024 delivery to March 17, 2025) and sitting at 12,535 miles. Of course, many overseas buyers had a head start. Wondering if any U.S. drivers are ahead of me? I should hit 15k by May 17...absolutely love this thing!
Good effort!
