Rear wheel ports

Has anyone thought about commissioning a redesign of the rear wheel ports.
Today there is a small port/opening in the wheel-well and three louvers in the block gloss port in the rear. If the port was wide open -- no louvers-- and the opening in the wheel-well was opened completely it might look better. thoughts?
 
Look at Frank Stephenson's YouTube video on his refinement of the Emira. He works on the openings to clean them up. My guess is that production and safety considerations are what prevent a fully open intake and exit. The black parts fake a larger opening as well.

Good video , opening the port does add character. Think I'll reach out to one of these companies that creates all the carbon fiber parts, see how many units they need to sell for production to make sense.

It should be much less expensive than without the louvers. Maybe @Aerie can make a variant like this.
