Removing front bumper

I removed all the screws the manual mentions. However the bumper feels very very firmly attached above and rear of the headlights. Way harder pull than the rear bumper required. There's a black plastic piece there that looks like the one on the back, but it won't just pull off.

Left side facing forward

Right side facing aft right below the headlamp

Bell and Civilly say it's just the circled clip holding it in. I've got no idea how to free it however.

Why are you pulling the Bumper

To replace the front vents with CF ones.

Hey I’m having the same issue how did ya get the front bumper off? Did ya have to drill out the rivets to the black pieces that are at the end of the metal fender ?
