Seat belt cover falls off

Has anyone experienced the plastic cover on seat belt anchor bolt falls off or is really loose?
Mine at both sides are as loose as touch-sensetive-removable.
This is really annoying and eventually they will probably get missing.

The cover has mating tabs but they do not appear to function properly.
Does anybody know how to deal with this issue?
Glueing them will be the last resort that I don’t want to do unless I have to.

The seatbelt bolt cover issue is common. Dealer should replace them under warranty.

Yes, they fall off regularly.
The next time it happens I will be using some Blu Tack.

They’ve fallen off every lotus I’ve owned, including the Emira. I just threw them in the glovebox and don’t use them since they aren’t too visible.
