Has anyone experienced the plastic cover on seat belt anchor bolt falls off or is really loose?
Mine at both sides are as loose as touch-sensetive-removable.
This is really annoying and eventually they will probably get missing.

The cover has mating tabs but they do not appear to function properly.
Does anybody know how to deal with this issue?
Glueing them will be the last resort that I don’t want to do unless I have to.

They’ve fallen off every lotus I’ve owned, including the Emira. I just threw them in the glovebox and don’t use them since they aren’t too visible.

I haven't had that happen to mine, and I'm not sure what the back section of that cover looks like, but maybe a good double sided tape can keep it in place.

Both of mine fell off on track days 2 months apart…When the first one fell off, it went in my pedal box while pushing it on track. I had no idea what the part was for until the second one fell off a few days ago and landed on my passenger seat!

Yes, both of them. Annoying. Ridiculous. Not worth driving 400 miles to nearest dealer in Chicago to deal with it.

Thank you guys!
My dealership told me that there is no warranty replacement that fixes the issue.

I tried wrapping tape around the interlocking claws to make them thicker and allow them to fit together, but it didn’t work.
Next, I pushed the cover really hard toward the bolt, really hard, and it eventually clicked into place securely.
I’m not sure if it works for you as well, actually it worked for my passenger side cover only.

The first few times I clicked back into place, but I like to drive with the windows open and the wind pulls them off after a while.
