Installed and tested on our shop Emira so we are making them available for sale!
These kits crossover from some other Toyota applications but work flawlessly on the Evora and Emira platform as they have the same basic design and bellcrank dimensions at the transmission.
Reduces the throw of shifts between 40-60% -- adjustable to your liking.
Gives a nice rifle-bolt type feel to the shifter.
No mods needed to install and easily reversible.
Check them out/order at the link below!

Was waiting for this - bought ❤️
Hurts that the shipping costs half as much as the quality shifter itself, but I have no choice

I’ll probably get this once the car arrives.

So far, my most fun manual set up is the campagna Trex’s short throw sequential shifter. The Emira isn’t sequential, but if this gets it closer to the ‘rifle bolt’ trigger feel, I'm in. The Emiras shifting was a bit longer than I expected in my test drive.

The shipping costs should end up being cheaper and we will refund back the difference.
Our system defaults to set shipping for international orders.

I can confirm this! Shipping costs were indeed updated. My only problem is that was for the decat pipe and valve controller (plus gasket), but now I need this shift kit lol. I will probably end up bundling some more items.

Always happy to bundle as many items into one shipment as possible!
If you want one of these kits with your pending order just let us know.

Mhmm, mechanic is installing it today and he says it works without the engine running but when driving you sometimes can't get the second gear in. Looks like the short shifter body somewhat collides with part of the transmission. He's trying to make it work by grinding down a little bit on that spot of the body

Grinding down worked. Sry for the bad photos.

Just had a couple of KMs after installation, but so far nice change. First and second feel much better. I'll have to retrain myself on the shorter throws but I can already tell it's gonna be good. Hope I never end up in the wrong gear now

Thanks for this post @Kimmax ... I've ordered the same shifter.

I thought @GRP installed this on their shop Emira and would have seen this issue?

I had a different problem when I tried to install this.

(I’ve used your pic @Kimmax hope that’s ok)

First gear was difficult to engage because the body of the adapter was making contact with the eye of the shift cable when pulled back to 1st gear position. (Red circle)

It was so bad that I didn’t even get as far as a test drive to check second gear.

I’ll have to modify the adapter on the other side to make it work.

This might work well on a front gearboxed Corolla or Yaris but I’m not sure about it on the Emira.

It moves the cable eye downwards by over 18mm (measured) and puts the cable at an angle that is at its worst in first gear.
The gearchange becomes quite a bit heavier. Partly by moving the pivot point and probably also by the less-than-ideal angle of the cable.

My gearchange is very good as stock and I’m not sure this adds any benefit.

YMMV of course.

We installed this kit on our shop car and I have personally put about 80-100 miles on it now with it installed.
We havent seen any issues with it and didnt modify the kit at all.
This could be a variation due to cable adjustment possibly, I will check into it further but we set ours right in the middle, installed and havent touched it since.

Can anyone else confirm if they set to the middle (like GRP did), that it is good and no issues? Anyone with issues, was yours set to the middle of the adjustment?

My area of conflict wasn't related to the adjustment used at all. It might be due to slight differences in the initial shifter cable adjustment from the factory, if I understood GRP correctly.
