UK deposit to order checkout to delivery process

Yep had that, spoke with lotus. Has to been on a desktop/laptop. Tried iPad and surface pro.. Needed to be an old school computer.

I'm on a 4yr old laptop and no joy. Does it only work in office hours??

I got told try incognito (private browser), Didn’t work, so had to use the mrs work computer. No I’ve just done mine about half hour ago!! Hopefully not to long for the payment process

So 3 laptops and 3 different browsers later and it's gone through , Firefox worked if that helps anyone, edge and outlook didn't

I'd guess that if Edge didn't work, neither will Chrome. That is very odd.

Actually make that 4 browsers, yes did try chrome and no joy.

I am still waiting for my checkout email, it should be happening in march. So thanks for the heads up, I would have spent hours frustrated trying to reply/ complete on my iPad

As a change from the usual lotus bashing fair play to Lotus finance, completed the application at 8pm last night and a phone call this morning at 9:30 am to say its accepted

If you don't mind me asking, what was the final finance figures and monthly cost?

Also, what's the procedure? do you just apply online and then send in the deposit? Does the money we already gave lotus get transferred to the agreement directly, or do we have to take part in that process? I have only ever delt with Mercedes dealer finance, which consists of me sitting and drinking coffee for an hour when they piss about with bits of paper for me to sign lol

Likely due to Chrome and Edge now blocking 3rd party cookies by default, if you have the security settings configured at any level tighter than the most permissive.

In the URL bar at the top, on the right side you'll see a symbol that looks like an eyeball with a strike through it. Click that and Allow third party cookies to be set, reload the page and I suspect it will work.

It's been very variable on timing. If they've said March build then the timing of the Enhance/Protect options email does fit with that.

You'd expect to get the Checkout email next, probably sometime in March and roughly 30 days before delivery. But so far delivery has been 3-8 weeks after Checkout and very little pattern to why some are quick and others slower.

Hopefully as they get things bedded in it will become more predictable.

So my car was £80700 , I put 22k total deposit Inc the 5k they had, the finance sliders take this into account on the checkout page where as they don't on the general site. I did 30mths which gave the lowest monthly with that deposit at £551pm, I'll likely not keep it that long so just keeps the payment small.
The call this morning just followed up to say it was all accepted and that they would be in touch when lotus supplied a registration for the rest of the deposit and yo sign the e docks

I think it is clear now that the car left the factory not fit for purpose and it has sat at Upper Heyford airfield for 3 months, so not looking too good.

Not sure this is the correct thread but here goes......I am currently still in with my deposit placed for a V6 FE (manual) in June 22. My current estimated production date has slipped to Q2 24. Does anyone know the extent of cancelled orders following the price increase and production delays, and the likihood of being offered a cancelled order for a similar spec car? I have seen a number of people who have had such an offer and advanced the queue and taken delivery recently. Ever hopeful!

It's 100% false. A few members here, like yourself, are all having builds done before then. This is a concern for me, as I feel like the guy was just stringing me along, and I'm going to get another considerable delay which is going to force me to pull out.

What email did you get about the schedule?
