What are you driving until the Emira arrives?

Spent 5 hours yesterday chatting with owners and vendors. I like the C8, really loved how it drove, like 9 out of 10 as I’d use the car (GT) but it’s big (I think my TT is big) and some angles it looks a bit awkward. Underway it’s much prettier but when I stare at it over and over, it’s just a bit much. I’m buying an Emira

Great to hear that the car is "all that" in the driving category (I would use the car the same way you would). I've never described the C8 as "pretty" or "beautiful", and I definitely agree with you on it having some awkward angles. But man, does that car ever have presence on the road / in person. I don't even like looking at photos of C8s, but I stop and stare whenever they drive by in real life.

I put in a deposit for the C8 Z06, 50% because I feel that they managed to fix a couple of the design elements that bothered me in the C8 (e.g.: that side scoop), and 50% because that engine is going to go down in history as one of the engines of all time.
