Yes, the front oversized kit includes a spacer kit for a "seamless" replacement/upgrade. The spacer kit is fine-tuned so the brake pad can now "perfectly align" with the larger rotor edge (fit better than stock setup.)

No. RB pads are listed separately and can be purchased by themselves, and will fit OE rotors/calipers just like OE pads and/or other aftermarket pads. To further clarify we do not make a brake pad unless we have offered 2 pcs rotors - Usually they are equipped with Brembo calipers.

These are milled off (weight correction) from "Dynamic Balancing". Weight unbalance can happen from the sand core shift during the casting process. A good tooling/molding can minimize or avoid the weight correction, but if unavoidable the mill off should keep the disc surface intact like so.
