Anyone received their 30 day notification yet?

I rang CS today as hadn’t had a call so I’m August for September delivery ( originally June for July h/o ) They would not tell me circa my no. as they said they are not allowed as I don’t know when I am as I took a cancellation. I sold my car when I had a good offer and so I’ve been car less for a year now ! at this rate maybe I shouldn’t even bother getting another car at all, it’s been that long……….

This is the same situation as me, sold my 718 Cayman last July hoping to get the Emira for Spring 2022, oh how I miss the Porsche ahha!

July 11 deposit. CS informed today that I’m now November build, December delivery. They also re-sent email link and told me my spec is not locked in and any changes will not delay my order. They are doing a good job at delaying my order themselves.

It was a general comment. I'm totally out of the FE running ( because allocations meant more than deposit timing), yet living vicariously with my Forum mates.

With first deliveries to UK based customers due for July, with it now being mid-June, I wondered if anyone has yet received notification of a delivery date yet?

I myself have been informed of an August delivery and with how things have gone so far I presume it will be end of August at best.

Nevertheless, mega excited regarding the Emira and looking forward to its appearance on TopGear this weekend!

I have checked the system and can see that your car is estimated to finish production in August. This will mean that it is available for delivery in September.

We will send out official communication in the upcoming weeks to confirm your revised delivery estimation and provide further information.

To assist those with tracking progess of builds - I heard this morning that my car will be built September, delivered October. Original deposit was July 8th 2021 at 08:53 (although there was an issue with payment as Nationwide bank declined the transaction, I did get a confirmation from Lotus that my deposit was received, despite no transfer of funds. I did make a further deposit the next day, but at the time Lotus did say they would honour the earlier deposit attempt). So I assume that my deposit date was the 8th but not certain.
My spec is Nimbus, auto, red leather, red callipers, silver wheels and black pack.

My deposit was half an hour after yours and I had the same message a couple of weeks ago -September build

I have been off the forum the last week or so. Combination of travel and my laptop dying.

I am hoping Lotus can get caught up and not delay BASE delivery too much. I guess 2024 is a real possibility now for USA BASE editions.

Indeed, deliveries appear to be slipping (again).

Received a call from Lotus today with an offer of a cancelled order, with delivery scheduled for October 2022, but the dealbreaker was that the spec offered didn't include the wheels I want, and ordered. So, gave it a miss since my delivery is still scheduled for "Spring 2023", but Lotus CC could not say whether delivery was scheduled for March or May 2023.

Sometimes I have to call my dealer just to check if I'm still in their system and check my place in line.

I think I'll probably silently weep when I get my 30 Day Notification from 2 years of mental and emotional exhaustion for something so simple as........waiting for a new car.
