Emira V6 Auto US/Canada Delivery

I just want one person in the US to get their V6 Auto VIN so it feels a bit more real

I placed a deposit just this last May. They said they are aiming to have a v6 auto to TEST drive in December. Which is around when they said they would likely have an allocation for me. I am expecting if I follow through on the allocation for it to arrive in april or May of Next year.

I was able to test drive an automatic in November 2023 I believe. Your dealer should be able to get one of the traveling road cars.

I was told by my dealer last week that US V6 automatic deliveries won’t begin until the end of the year. I posted about it in the USA/Canada deliveries thread. I’d love to see him proven wrong, but I’m not hopeful given the rollercoaster we’ve all been on these last few years.

My factory submission confirmation says delivery in November.

Other than the price there’s no way to tell. I selected HY with black pack. So an FE1 color option although I had the option to select many more. I placed my deposit in 2022 but missed the first 900 unit allocation.

I received an email from my dealer saying my Emira has been produced and he gave me the VIN.

I confirmed that my FE v6/auto (#4357) is at the port. It has been three years, one month, one week, and one day since I placed the deposit. Granted, it is a MY24 and not the MY25 they said it would be back in January. But hey, I'm getting my car!

Well. My V6 auto finally arrived at dealer. Will pick it up next week or so. Nimbus, black nappa leather, black calipers, privacy glass. Thank you all for collective enthusiasm, despair and shared expertise. Another Lotus journey begins!

I ran into Ray from Lotus of NJ at a local cars and coffee. He mentioned that they got a couple of automatic customers cars now at the dealership. He came with a used nimbus gray FE1.0 they have for sale now at the dealership.

Now that you’ve had it a few weeks, curious what your thoughts are? Does the gear shifting feel relatively snappy, anything you’d change right out the gate?

I placed my deposit march 2024. My dealership in Illinois essentially is saying that they have no idea when my allocation will come. I was initially told that an allocation would come in december/january most likely - I also thought there were more lotuses being made but it still seems like there is delay! Is this normal should I put a deposit down somewhere else as well? I would love for my emira to come in by April of next year so I can drive it in the summer here.
