The electrical gremlins are often linked to battery capacity rather than voltage. A car electrician, garage or AA/RAC will have the kit to test it.

A lot of modern cars are sensitive to this. The Evora is too. Taking it for a long run or sticking it on a battery conditioner are unlikely to fix it if the battery has lost capacity, but may mask it for a little while.

Since its run in I've tried a few quick getaways. Tbh if you've bought this car for traffic light grand prix you'll be disappointed.
Obviously it's still pretty new at 1200mls so not trying to abuse it too much but it's quite a tricky car to launch, maybe that's because I'm not going at it without mercy but all the same I think you'd have to be pretty brutal with it to get the best. The good news is in track with tc off that rear weight bias give tremendous grip.
A big fly in the ointment though is the gear box, full load changes from 1st to 2nd seem almost impossible, it just doesn't like it, at all. In every other scenario I love the gearbox, heal and toe aggressive down shifts in 2nd it's absolutely fine, changing under say 80% at 5k its slick as anything. Maybe it's just me 🤷🏻

Mine has no problem with quick shifts from first to second under full load. However, I find it very hard to hit the shift from second to third under full load and close to redline. It has probably all to do with the right adjustment of of the linkage.

Quick observation, whish it was keyless entry, keyless go doesn't really make sense to me without it.

I prefer it tbh. Physical buttons to lock and unlock the car, but then once inside i don't have a bunch of keys swinging around as I can throw them in the door bin.

Just think if I've have to get a key out of my pocket to unlock it it may as well have somewhere dedicated for it to go in the car.

So I've not had the time, or weather , to do anything epic in the car but have to say I've really enjoyed using is as a daily the last few weeks. Not skipped a beat, been really easy to live with and still felt like an event every journey. And still makes kids reach for their phones and ask for a rev 😄 It gets such a positive response from people where ever it goes.

Back in the detailer this morning for a stubborn bird shit mark. Needing a machine polish on the roof. Going to extend the ppf to the roof I think

I was thinking I will do the same once my car arrives. That gloss black is just so prone to scratches and swirls. Car looks absolutely amazing, especially in that lightning. I will be mimicking your spec. Completely come around from Seneca with alcantara.

Brilliant when are you hoping to get it?
