Yeah I don't think this is a pointed wrong issue on my car.

Well, the plot thickens. While reading the manual, I noticed there is another area highlighted as having radar aside from the visible circular sensors, and it does note that PPF can affect it (on a previous page). Note the red area on the left and right of the bumper here. I thought this was just a control unit or module, but then I noticed it says to keep it clean. Any ideas if this combined with PPF could be an issue?

Which ones are we talking about? The "corner" sensors (boxed in green) or the "front" sensors (circled in red) ?

False positives have always been on the front left for me, so if we are running the same software, the probability of a hardware issue would be higher. No way for the end user to confirm the software level, so we're all just guessing...For me, it's always seems to be the far right sensor giving false positives. Maybe it's not a problem with the software, as I suspected, b/c this probably would be happening on the left side, as well.
My memory may be suspect, but I don't ever remember seeing this on the far left side sensor. Will keep monitoring.
Same here, LHD location but only occasionally. Bordering on being annoying though, will mention to dealer when I bring in for service.Anyone experience their parking sensors going off in stop and go traffic? For me it's always the LHD driver front sensor that triggers. It doesn't happen all the time, but happens enough to be slightly annoying. I believe it's detecting a car in the front because it has happened with no car on my left. Ironically, the last Honda Odyssey I owned also had a similar issue, but in that case, it was completely phantom - I could be sitting by myself in a large empty lot and it would beep at me. I largely lived with it because it's impossible to replicate reliably.
I have this same issue. The dealer recently replaced the front left sensor and it did not fix the issue. They now have the right sensor on order to replace it, if that doesn't work, they said they are going to have to call Lotus to troubleshoot the issue. I don't think its the sensors for whatever that is worth.Same here, LHD location but only occasionally. Bordering on being annoying though, will mention to dealer when I bring in for service.
Do you have a front plate? My Land Rover did that all the time until I removed the plate; wasn’t even near the sensor but can’t be a coincidence.I have this same issue. No, I don't have a front plate or any type of plate mount up front.Do you have a front plate? My Land Rover did that all the time until I removed the plate; wasn’t even near the sensor but can’t be a coincidence.
