Checkout was 22/3, ID 28/3, inv 13/4 , collection 28/4

@Bod27 did you request 28/4 or was that the earliest date offered ?

Starting to think mine will fall into 2nd week of May now

So, now they expect me to sleep tonight! All loaded up ready for home delivery tomorrow morning.

If you are wondering why it is on a 72 plate - I purchased the plate from the DVLA last summer when we were already several delays in and I must have been feeling very optimistic about an autumn 22/winter 23 delivery prior to the 23 plates this March. It seemed a good idea at the time! At least it will be a talking point.

I will start a journal thread tomorrow with first impressions and the start of my Emira adventures!

I feel very guilty about queue jumping and being the first UK auto delivered on the forum as my deposit wasn't until Goodwood and I am aware that there were others before me.

OK perhaps not very guilty, perhaps slightly guilty, or not very guilty at all

At least you won't have to read any more of my posts about Type Approval and insurance woes!

Great Spec, the car I went out in with Scott Walker was a similar combo

It was either 26/27 or 28th, apparently the monday and tuesday of that week the collection area is being used for training, so no collections.

Got my call this afternoon too! Booked to collect on the 26th Just received the invoice... makes it very real!

@JohnHoward Did you happen to find the price before tax/registration/plates for insurance purposes? Base price on the invoice for 81,555 but they don't break it out... (I know it began with a 7 before)...

I rang customer service, they gave me the actual car cost without the other bits and bobs, think mine was 793?? ish

Mine landed at the dealers 2 days ago, but they have detected an issue with steering pump in PDI, so can't fit in trip to collect for 10-14 days.

Glad I didn't go for home delivery now as would have meant trip to get sorted.

Just payed off my invoice, I sent a small amount first and confirmed with LCC then had to phone santander to transfer the balance( the amount was to large for Internet banking) it did help that I sent the small amount first and confirmed with LCC it made the transaction easier with the phone call with santander, it proved the account genuine.
Delivery on the 21st April I will sort out the insurance on Monday Happy days can’t wait
