As far as I know that’s still unclearSo at this point, is it known whether there were a load of Emiras on the boat that unloaded over the weekend? VIN list pending?

Based on info about Canadian & CARB Cars (if accurate), they are likely all USA non CARB if any…If there were cars on Sky, they were unloaded on 3/25, and today is 3/26, and ImportInfo's data on the Atlantic Sky is running 2 days behind - it's updated until 3/24. None of the 3/25 activities are showing up yet. So we may see something tomorrow if there were Lotus cars on this ship.
Huh? How do you know they are all USA *non* CARB cars, if any?Based on info about Canadian & CARB Cars (if accurate), they are likely all USA non CARB if any…
Just speculating - I thought I heard from a lot of the earliest CARB buyers that they just got word in the last few days that there cars were finally put on the water. That being said my dealer in Canada got a lot of FE 2s while awaiting FE 1s. I tend to think logically but I guess it’s all random.Huh? How do you know they are all USA *non* CARB cars, if any?
Oh okay. I took a break from this forum while waiting for news of cars being shipped. I, among several others, received notification in the last few days that our cars would be here "by 3/31".Just speculating - I thought I heard from a lot of the earliest CARB buyers that they just got word in the last few days that there cars were finally put on the water. Also, spoke to my dealer this morning and he had finally just heard back from Lotus this morning right before we spoke that no other Canadian cars are currently in transit but they hope to ship a small number sometime by the end of April :/. The first cars to leave the lot will be FE 2s.
I received the 3/31 email as well.Oh okay. I took a break from this forum while waiting for news of cars being shipped. I, among several others, received notification that our cars would be here "by 3/31".
I’m hope I’m wrong and purely speculating but the timeline suggests the majority of CARB FE 1s are currently on the water…Oh okay. That’s pretty wild, what’s the reason given for the holdup?Well, my car has been here since 12/29 and I still don’t have it or a date when I’ll get it.
My info came from my dealer. While my dealer had been short on info, they arent the type to speculate. When they don't know they just say they don't know. As soon as they had a Vin, they sent it to me. So I trust that they have good solid info from Lotus indicating that our cars will be here soon. Multiple dealers got the same alert so there are likely quite a number of cars on the shipment due to arrive by the end of this month. Was this from lotus or your dealer?
My car arrived on the 12/20 Atlantic Sun ship, and I'll get to take it home 4/13. Sometimes it just takes time...Well, my car has been here since 12/29 and I still don’t have it or a date when I’ll get it.
OK, thanks for the info, my assessment is that it might mean that the car is either on sky or sea? If it’s on sea, clearly it might be disrupted given what happened today. My info came from my dealer. It’s at the dealership that refused delivery of the cars and they’re being stored at the port. It’s a small dealership so they’re only accepting a few cars at a time for release. That’s pretty wild, what’s the reason given for the holdup?
Did your car randomly show up as a lone car or two destined for your dealership and therefore sitting at the port waiting for a transport to carry a full load?
True. I wonder if any dealership has had to deal with refunding a deposit after a death. It’s been about 3 years so statistically speaking it’s had to happen. My car arrived on the 12/20 Atlantic Sun ship, and I'll get to take it home 4/13. Sometimes it just takes time...
Yep, they will likely land in NY or Norfolk if they are on the Sea. I am still holding out hope that they were on Sky.OK, thanks for the info, my assessment is that it might mean that the car is either on sky or sea? If it’s on sea, clearly it might be disrupted given what happened today.
