Stock Emira Wheels and Tires

Swap “Current Wheel Specs” and “New Wheel Specs” in the calculator and it will make more sense.
Basically if you put those wheels in an Emira the outside of rear wheels will be sunken into the wheel well by 28mm and the inside of the wheel will be 2mm closer to suspension components.
The outside of fronts will be sunken by 4mm and the insides will be 8mm farther from suspension components.
They will fit, but I don’t think they’ll look good.
I also suspect the rears won't clear the brakes without a significant spacer. Which will help the appearance as well, but introduces mechanical failure risk since it's too thick to "sandwich" and would be a bolt-on type.
The forged wheels that I had custom ordered were delivered today via Fedex.
The packaging, which I was worried about, was wrapped in two sturdy cardboard boxes and carefully protected to prevent damage to the rims.
The logo design on the center cap was "LOTUS NYO", so I had a regular LOTUS badge available, so I modified it.
The front 8.5J has flat spokes, but the rear 10.5J has spokes that are concave toward the center.
Since I have some time until the car is delivered, I would like to decide on tires that I can install slowly until the car is delivered.
The weight was F: 10.4kg, R: 10.7kg.

Today I collected 4 new TPMS units and retaining nuts from B&C to go in my new wheels. Also have 4 GoodYear F1 tyres sitting in my basket at Camskill ready to push the button, so I'll be keeping the originals complete as spares for now.
For anyone interested, these are the details of the units....

Given that whilst the manufacturing plant looks huge (and probably makes wheels for more well known 'brands' than you'd like to think), and will likely be around for a while, but the agency/marketing mob whom you deal through, may not, I bought 6 wheels, so a full set, plus a spare front, and spare rear. @ $217 each, it seemed a sensible insurance policy, just in case I were to damage one. Would be annoying to have to scrap 3 perfectly good wheels because one got damaged and couldn't be replaced!

I think the Dark Verdant spoke insets will finish em off nicely.
A note: Cayman09 ordered a set, and his arrived with a centre cap bore of 65.5mm. stock lotus wheel is 61.25mm bore. (Lotus centre cap is 60mm OD)
I sent them a wee drawing (see below), so mine were made to the std size of 61.25mm, in addition to the small change I asked for on the spoke design (just a personal preference), so anyone wanting to re-use the Lotius centre caps, or a copy there of, the std 65.5mm may be a bit sloppy.
Cayman09's came with 'Lotus NYO' centre caps (obviously copies) and are presumably the right size for the 65.5mm wheel bore, so slightly larger diameter than the OE part.
I think the Dark Verdant spoke insets will finish em off nicely.

Me neither.
Other than in a collision with a kurb or some similar impact, I've never seen a wheel fail under normal use/dynamic loads, however spirited the driving.
It's a road car, I aint Mario Andretti, and have no delusions about my skill, I just wanna enjoy my car, and how it looks / drives.

@JonFuller I wish tires were that cheap. I think my Alpin PA4 set was $1700 usd. Wherever you're getting those F1s = winning.
And that's including our ludicrous 20% sales tax.
