Very excited to show off our new titanium exhaust option for the V6 Emira!
We also have this same muffler option in stainless at a lower price point for those not as worried about saving every bit of weight possible.

Here are a couple of start up and rev videos from yesterday.
This has our decat and titanium exhaust installed.
This is about the most sound you will get out of these cars without doing catless headers.
Our muffler creates a straight pipe type flow path with the exhaust valve open for the ultimate in sound and volume. The only other comparable system to ours would be from Larini. The others available are just a little more free flowing stock type flow path that give very little more sound than just installing a decat pipe by itself.
It is not obnoxious at all with the valve open as you might expect but it gives off a nice deep, throaty tone.
We will be posting some driving videos content and comparison videos.
The weather hasnt been cooperating the last few days with wind, hail and rain. We will get more asap!

Are you still planning on adding driving clips? Both interior and drive-by would be great! I'm still trying to see if there's much of a difference in tone comparing stock w/cat delete versus titanium w/ cat delete.

No rush as I'm sure you're busy developing tons of other products simultaneously. I'm mostly just trying to pass the time waiting for my own car ha.

Is the valve design (offset, spring design etc), the same as OEM? Any major differences. Seems to be quite a few people dealing with valve issues with aftermarket exhausts (including myself) so wondering how the GRP system caters for this

I think most people are having issues with aeries TI exhaust and the valvetronic exhaust.

They've been in the market a bit longer so there are more cars with them installed. I'm not trying to put down any of the vendors. Just assessing all the options available

Does it have a 45 degree offset similar to the OEM valve to ensure that is it fully opened or fully closed? And the same 90 degree range of motion?

I don't know the degrees to which the valve opens, but I do have sound comparison videos between stock and Titanium and the decibel recordings I took, look to back up the fact that the GRP exhaust functions the same.

I know you’ve mentioned that the TI exhaust sounds quieter inside the cabin than stock did, any chance you have or can record a quick video of it? Your other videos are awesome

Do we really have to remove the entire rear bumper just for the tail pipe swap?? thats be a bummper.. i do want to replace my tail pipes and dont understand why we couldnt remove the 3 connecting points from inside.. i saw in the video that there is foam in front of the one but can you not just remove the foam? Did alot of things myself but not looking forward to remove the entire rear end for just the tailpipes. Thanjs

I found it hard to believe as well but yes the bumper needs to come off to do it. The foam is sandwiched between the bumper and car body. That foam covers one of three tip mounting bolts. Seems like there was another trim piece that come off with that bolt too where you need the bumper off.
Its not too bad of a job though. Watch Dragoons video on it to see if youre comfortable doing it.
