It should, but if your trunk was closed when it drained, you'd have to access the emergency pull cable to open it, since there's no keyed latch access to the trunk.Would the button on the battery work too if you don’t want to carry the remote?

This worked perfectly btw. I put 1 strip on the upper lip and one on the angled lip but the angled lip I put in 3 pieces as it has those indents. Battery is snug and doesn’t move at all.It probably would work, but do you really want to have the aluminum bracket glued to the battery lip, instead of just glued to the aluminum bracket? Also, depends on the type of double sided tape you plan to use. I don't think it's a matter of the battery's safeness, as they are well insulated, but the Emira's trunk does get very hot and, over time, the frequent exposure to the heat, could deteriorate the foam type, thus my suggestion to avoid it and opt for a rubber type trim instead.
Something like this from Amazon would work great...

Have you reached out to the antigravity or where you got it from? I’ve had the antigravity 40ah on both my lotus cars including my Emira and it’s been great with no issuesSo weird, this is my OEM battery vs Anti 40AH and the 40AH is losing power from start of the drive to the end.
Has anyone gotten this detailed on their battery? Is this a 40 not powerful enough or is this a bad battery

I'm not absolutely sure, but 1 hour sounds a bit excessive. The only reference I've come across regarding battery disconnect waiting time was when I changed the haptic steering wheel buttons for the GRP press ones, where they recommended waiting 5-10 minutes before disconnecting the airbag module. It seems to me that total power cut should safely be reached in no more than 10 minutes.Looks like a warranty claim I have to fill out a form and ship the battery to Antigravity. Question how do you guys make sure ECU is asleep before disconnecting the battery?
I heard after the trunk is open a doors closed and it’s unlocked wait at least and hour. Others I heard it has to be locked and you wait at least an hour. Which is correct before I uninstall this battery?
Yeah I never have gotten a clear answer. I don’t see anything in the manual eitherI'm not absolutely sure, but 1 hour sounds a bit excessive. Where did you see that blue screen? Are you using the Bluetooth battery tracker to check the levels of the battery?I have not yet
That was from JUBU remote session I had and he saw that and let me know. I’m glad thou bc I wouldn’t have noticed it unless he told me.Where did you see that blue screen? Are you using the Bluetooth battery tracker to check the levels of the battery?
I’ve had both the H6 on my Evora and the t6 on my Emira. The h6 was def too tight so I’m glad they made the change. The t6 is just right. I’ve never seen any movement on it; it’s been quite sturdyRequest for Feedback on Antigravity Battery Size and Fitment in Emira
For those who have installed the Antigravity battery in their Emira, I would appreciate your feedback on the size and fitment. Which size did you choose, and did you encounter any issues with the fit being too snug or too loose?
OEM Battery Specifications (Reference: US Owners Handbook)
Alternative Battery Sizes:
- L×W×H: 10.94 x 6.89 x 7.48 inches
According to GRP:[1] "We formerly offered the H6 group 48 size batteries for the Evora. It was reported that the H6 size was a snug/tight fit on some cars due to excessive epoxy on the fasteners inside the top of the battery bracket area. We have since switched/updated to the T6 size battery."
- H6/48: 10.75 x 7 x 7.5 inches
- T6/L2: 10.75 x 7 x 6.8 inches
- Others?
Is this still an issue on the Emira?

I plugged my scanner in twice after swapping to the Antigravity, but I'm afraid my case will not help you much since I've been lucky (so far) with no codes triggered either with the original battery or after the swap.Has anyone plugged in a scanner to read dtcs and cleared after the battery change?
I heard if you disconnect the battery while the modules are awake they have a lot of dtcs codes stored.
I’m trying to find a scanner that works so I can check for myself bc my dealer is 3 hours away.
What scanner are you using? I don’t have any lights on but was told to check and clear dtcs in all modules after a battery change.I plugged my scanner in twice after swapping to the Antigravity, but I'm afraid my case will not help you much since I've been lucky (so far) with no codes triggered either with the original battery or after the swap.

I had all doors closed expect trunk open, car was unlocked and key was in the house. I let it sit like that for an hour before I changed the battery so I think the modules were asleep but want to make sure.
