It is amazing how inflexible they are, they simply do not care a jot about their customers. The more you hear about their terrible customer service/comms/attitude the more you reconsider.Just sharing this as it might help someone.
I emailed CServ yesterday to ask (due to an almost nailed on bleak mid winter handover) if we could do the factory handover then have it dropped off at home (not for free i would pay of course).
Came back today saying its not an option.
I hate salt especially on Loti - you can hear them fizzing if they get any salt on em!!!!
Might get a transporter waiting at the gate and go for factory collection anyway.....
I made a simpe enquiry on Monday and they said they would come back to me. Four days later and still no update. Absolutely hopeless.
