Anyone received their 30 day notification yet?

So they’re “confident” but these are still estimates and “subject to change”.

"It's called Sex Panther by Odeon. It's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good. They've done studies, you know. Sixty percent of the time, it works every time."

Can I drive your M3 whilst you are cooling off?
I think Lotus need to get a move on with getting these cars out to customers. Time is running out as no petrol or diesel cars can be sold after 2030. Well, I mean, in my case, I was told March 2022, now October.

Or..... We are somewhat confident and genuinely certain that soon anything that can change will in all likelihood be subject to further change, as far as we know at this present time, to the best of our knowledge. And asking again will not change anything.. Yet we are of the feeling you will be ultimately pleased.

Oh so now it's 'around October time' 😉😅
So if October is actually November I’ll think I’ll push it out and change my calliper colour to yellow - that will certainly put them in a complete spin 😵‍💫 who knows when I get the car then. This test drive will have to be absolutely Fabulous or I’m out as Lotus has 70% checked me out now as a Company

So does this mean that we are as much in the dark as we were before this dribble from Lotus?
We’re still in the dark. It’s unclear whether dawn is approaching, or it’s just after dusk, or they’ve just put a blindfold on us and it’s actually daytime.

There are no September deliveries. First customer cars are Sept build for Oct delivery.

Considering we’re 18th August do the September deliveries still not know their exact dates yet ?
I guess we can guess the answer to that. At best guess, first week of Sept for the call, but I still have a feeling (I guess) that virtually no one will get their car in October and in fact some/most of the actual dealers will be getting demos in September and not August by the looks of it as they are looking late too.>
Negative answer I know, but based on 1x months experience of false dawns ..... which we all have, it seems likely.
Im going to visit my local dealer on Friday, and I am betting, although not a better man, that they have heard nothing about their demo cars pending arrival and we are, as you know, now approaching the last full week of the month. Final word was week 2/3 for this to happen.

Still, we had the good news from factory tour that 40 odd cars were heading through....surely finished and sent off for prepping by now, so should be some/quite a few cars at dealers next week unless there are last minute issues, which we would hope not.
Still seems very very very strange and incorrect that dealers should be the first people to get their hands on final production cars. This should have been the Harry's and Henry's and Simzzeys, but I feel the bolt has totally been shot there and its still staggering how wrong they did that side of things.
I have 2.5 more weeks left in the country and I am at best 50% glass half ... undecided, if I get to drive the car on the road before taking delivery in "November".

Lotus can't tell me why! I suspect it's because I optioned Homelink, as a lot of others with it have been pushed into Month 2. But a few people in Month 1 do have it and have later deposits then me. It makes no sense.

A lot of the 120 people with pre-reveal deposits have been delayed two months into Month 2, with nothing unique about specs and with no explanation from Lotus. So people with reveal/Goodwood deposits are getting cars earlier than people who placed deposits in 2020 and Q1/Q2 2021. Very poor when you consider these people had enough faith to place deposits with very little info about the car and the majority are Lotus enthusiasts rather than speculators.

My thoughts exactly,rather frustrating...

Maybe its the black Leather? Or perhaps Tom ordered the factory stripe kit?

Wouldn't that mean Lotus making contact with deposit holders. I thought that was against their religion 🤔

we have another 7-10-15-20 days before people do test drives.... its going to be thin on here until then
